Another small step has been taken to combat plastic waste in Lancing following the installation of a water bottle filling station.

Thanks to a successful funding application from the Tesco Bags of Help grant scheme, Lancing Parish Council has been able to purchase and install a station to the kiosk at Widewater Local Nature Reserve.

Jo Proctor, Secretary of the friends group World of Widewater said, “WoW welcomes this great facility for residents and visitors to refill their water bottles when visiting Widewater to cut down on plastic use. We can all make this small change to make a big difference to save our planet.”
