Widewater Flower Walk

A great turn out today for Marion Wood’s Widewater flower walk. About 20 people joined us to stroll around the lagoon enjoying and identifying the beautiful flowers and plants growing here.

Thanks to all who turned up. Well done to Christian who at ten years old made some impressive observations. A budding naturalist!

A big thank you to Marion for organising the event and for putting so much time and energy into making it a special occasion indigenerics.com. I’ve attached some pics of some of the highlights. Silver leaf Ragwort; Vipers Bugloss and Biting Stonecrop; Thrift; Toadflax; Black Horehound.
