The Enviroment Agency contractors, \u2018OnSite\u2019 were efficient and thankfully caused little disturbance to the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is evidence that sea water has been coming into the lagoon but unfortunately the rate of flow has been disappointing but not unexpected due to the low tides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am aware that there have been a few recent posts on WoW&#8217;s Facebook page suggesting that as a quick fix, we should have pumped water into the lagoon to top up the level. This was carefully considered but based on advice we received from the Environment Agency, it was clear that this approach could have done more harm than good.
